1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on MyGame, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or use any part of the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use MyGame. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and that online gaming is lawful where you reside. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time.
3. Account Rules
- One account per person, per device, per household, per IP address.
- The name on your account must match the name on your bank account, exactly.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secret. Activity on an account is treated as the actions of the account holder.
- If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately. We will freeze the account pending investigation.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
- Deposits must come from a bank account or e-wallet in your name.
- Withdrawals are paid to the same account from which deposits originated, where possible.
- Each deposit must use the specific bank details shown on the deposit page at the time of the transaction. Reusing old details may result in funds being lost or returned.
- We reserve the right to request KYC documentation (ID, proof of address, source of funds) before processing withdrawals, particularly on first-time or unusually large requests.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
- Each bonus has its own terms, including rollover requirements, eligible games, and time limits. These are displayed before you accept the bonus.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, low-risk betting (such as covering all roulette outcomes simultaneously), and arbitrage — voids the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
- We reserve the right to revise, modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion without prior notice. Bets already placed under the original terms are honoured.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following are not permitted and may result in account suspension or closure, plus forfeiture of funds:
- Use of bots, scripts, or automated betting tools.
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploitation of platform bugs, glitches, or game errors. If you discover one, please report it via support.
- Use of stolen payment methods or third-party identity documents.
- Money laundering or use of the platform for any illegal activity.
7. Game Outcomes
Game results are determined by the game provider's certified random number generator (RNG) for slots and table games, and by the actual real-world outcome for sports and live games. We do not control or influence game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between your device and our server, the server record is authoritative.
8. Limitation of Liability
MyGame is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the platform running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from technical failures, network outages, third-party provider downtime, or events outside our reasonable control. Where bets are affected by a confirmed technical fault, those bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
9. Inactive Accounts
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a small monthly maintenance fee until the balance reaches zero or activity resumes. We will email you before any fee is applied.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute, please contact customer support first. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours. Unresolved disputes can be escalated to our compliance team. We reserve the right to make final decisions on platform disputes, applying these terms in good faith.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Significant changes will be notified to you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after the update constitutes acceptance.
